Here is just a couple of small things i've hacked togther, I had the great idea of saving all the patchs and scripts i write to this webpage so i could find them years later when i needed them again, but i never really put them up here, but i'm not about to write a real web page so i'm just going to leave this here.

My GeeXBox Under the TV in the bedroom (on a homemade 7' tall TV stand) is my "GeexBox" a amd athlon 1800 with 256MB ram and NO harddrive network booting GeekBox Linux, It auto finds all shared folders in the house and plays any type of video or audio though the tv. The thing dangling on the left is the RF remote controle receiver. It has only one fan turning at less then 1k rpm over the huge heat seak and pulling air over the power supply. It doesn't make any sound at all, The cable box is way louder.

This is a 2 Meter yagi antenna i made, and yes it lives next to the bed connected to my handheld 2meter ham radio. My wife isn't a big fan cuse it blocks the TV. (im sure it will be moving outside soon) But the gain is impressive, A repeater i couldn't get to before using 4 watts now works easy with 1/2 a watt. And if i can hear a signle thats a solid 9 i can turn it 90o and i won't be able to hear it at all.
The plans i used

pyprocps is a python modules that gives infomation about running processes it has its its own web page here

I patched biff and comsat to work with procmail. The procmail manual says something about "Don't use the old biff that everything comes with cuse it doesn't work with procmail". I searched high and low for the biff that does work. I don't think it exsists so i wrote it. If you use this patched version you'll get the cute little biff messages you love so much, even if your mail didn't end up in /var/spool/mail/$USER. Here is a Patch Or save your self the trouble downloading biff and patching and use this tar file

I have a huge project of writing a home automation system and i have lots of code for that but right now theres nothing really to release so more on that in the future.
